NEI grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site.

RISK OF LOSS
Everything bought from NEI is made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means
that our risk of loss and title for these items pass to you upon our delivery to
the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
NEI attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, NEI does not warrant that
product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, reliable, current,
complete, or error-free. If a product offered by NEI itself is not as described,
your sole remedy is to return it to us in unused condition for a refund of your
original purchase price.
PRICING
We do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping
process. At that point, prices are confirmed. Sometimes, despite our best efforts,
some of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of something
is higher than what we posted on our website we will, at our discretion, either
contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you
of such cancellation.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting NEI, you agree that the laws of the state of California will govern
these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you
and NEI.
DISPUTES
You agree that any dispute relating in any way to your visit to NEI or to products
you purchase through NEI shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Los
Angeles County, California, except where you have in any manner violated or threatened
to violate NEI's intellectual property rights. Where our Intellectual Property
rights are threatened, NEI may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in
any state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive
jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be
conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association.
The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any
court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law,
no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving
any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings
or otherwise.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, notices, and these Conditions
of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or
for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall
not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
